On October 28th 1977, the Sex Pistols released their second album titled Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols. As the 30-year anniversary of this event approaches, the Sex Pistols are planning a special celebratory release - a special edition of the 30-year-old album on vinyl record.
The band also plans to release four of the most renowned songs in 7″ record form throughout October: Anarchy in the UK, God Save the Queen, Pretty Vacant, and Holidays in the Sun. Each song will be released in October separated by a week or more, leading up to the release of the actual album on October 29th.
