Radiohead announces New CD, In Rainbows

The best band ever, Radiohead, has just announced that their new CD entitled In Rainbows will be released in just 10 days, which is October 10th! The album will be available download-only through their In Rainbows website, while a CD as well as two 12" vinyls and a second CD with more songs, pictures, artwork, and lyrics booklets, will be released on December 3rd. The best part is that Radiohead has left the price for the download blank, meaning that fans can decide how much that want to paid for In Rainbows. I wonder what happens if you put in $0. :) You can pre-order the discbox version for £40. Here’s the track listings: 01. 15 Step 02. Bodysnatchers 03. Nude 04. Weird Fishes/Arpeggi 05. All I Need 06. Faust Arp 07. Reckoner 08. House Of Cards 09. Jigsaw Falling Into Place 10. Videotape Discbox Bonus CD Track Listing: 01. MK 1 02. Down Is The New Up 03. Go Slowly 04. MK 2 05. Last Flowers 06. Up On The Ladder 07. Bangers And Mash 08. 4 Minute Warning

Fantastic! I read about this earlier today. You can put in $0 and download the album for free. How awesome is that.

I think the business model is brilliant. Harvey Danger did the same thing about 2 years ago when they released their latest album. I know I personally gave $10 which is less than I would have paid at the store, but the band actually saw more of my money.
