NXNE (North by North East)  has just announced a number of new acts for this years festival. Included in this line-up are Black Lips and Cool Kids along with already confirmed Burning Bridges and Youth Brigade who will be playing in various locations dotted around the Canadian city of Toronto. The festival is in its 15th year with over 500 acts confirmed over 50 venues. The layout will be familiar to those who know of SXSW (South by South West), which takes place in Austin, Texas.
