Okay, so this post doesn’t have much to do with music, but seriously, this is the coolest thing I’ve seen in a while. Go to this Glowsticking site and watch the official trailer. It’s a little slow starting, but just wait- it gets incredible. It’s pretty awesome/funny/pathetic- take your pick – but I have a strange admiration for these renegade glowstickers (or whatever they call themselves).
Also, check out The Murder of Crows- kinda like Jet, only with less posturing, better songs, and more aesthetics. Solid rock that doesn’t flaunt the fact that they’re adrenaline junkies.

Thanks Stephan for the comments. I happen to think it’s pretty cool, but then again, as the creator of the DVD, I’m pretty effin biased. And yes, we call ourselves glowstickers. The people without strings refer to themselves as freehanders and the people with strings, glowstringers. Nifty eh? Well I think so, hah.
