The Appleseed Cast is going out on tour in support of its mind-blowing album Peregrine. You can check the massive amount of dates here and hope that they’re coming to your town when they’ve got Murder by Death and Unwed Sailor in tow. That is one show you do NOT want to miss- all three are incredible. The second leg of tour is impressive as well (Copeland, Owen, Acute), but I’m happy that my venue’s on the first leg.

Damien Jurado is releasing a new album soon. Titled And Now That I’m In Your Shadow, the album drops on October 10th. You can listen to a brand new track titled “What Were the Chances” up at his site. It sounds really, really good- incorporating a little bit of electronic influence, the song shows great promise for continued songwriting growth. And you can hum it.
